Projects presented at the information meeting for authorities
As a good start in the second phase of the development of offshore wind farms MFW Bałtyk II and MFW Bałtyk III projects, on October 27th in Gdańsk, Equinor and Polenergia JV team had a pleasure to organize the information meeting for a various number of authorities that will be engaged in the decision-making process and permitting for Polish offshore wind farms execution.
This kick off meeting that gathered more than 60 participants from 26 agendas was an opportunity to present in detail our current stage of development, planned investment schedule and to share information about key technologies to be deployed in the various elements of the projects. Transparent information sharing and creating opportunities to gather wide knowledge about innovative projects within the newly emerging offshore wind energy sector and open dialogue with stakeholders are key aspects of the investment process that Equinor and Polenergia implement at every stage of project development. We are glad that the meeting, aligned with the sector deal framework promoting close dialogue between investors and administration, was welcomed with such a great interest. This dialogue initiated at the kick-off event will be continued under the umbrella of information policy of the projects and investors.
